Doing It Right Appliance Repairs Ltd. is a family run business with over 30 years of experience. We work on most makes of appliances, with the exception of natural gas. With our knowledge we are sometimes able to diagnose over the phone, without ever having to step foot in your home, saving you time and money! We service Kamloops, Rivershore, Monte Creek, Chase, Sun Peaks, Savona, Merritt and everywhere in between. Standard rate within Kamloops is $160 + taxes, which includes the service call and first half hour of work. Most repairs can be completed within the first half hour.     Doing It Right returned my call the same day and was able to book an appointment within 2 days. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less that 30 minutes. Would highly recommend them.

    My clothes washer broke recently; I called Doing it right Appliances Service that same afternoon. I got an appointment for early the very next morning. Jay arrived on time, fixed the washer efficiently, expertly, and professionally with a very reasonable service charge. I am very impressed and will recommend Doing it right Appliances Service to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

    VERY UNHAPPY with this tiny company. Jay is unreliable, doesnt call when promised, shows up late & didnt guarantee his wwork. WILL NOT RECOMEND OR USE EVER AGAIN.

    Jay is an excellent resource for any appliance problems. Service is prompt and he does not overcharge or recommend unnecessary repairs. I live out of town and I have a rental property, so I am always really thankful to have his phone number handy!
