For over 3 years we've had problems with a new insert. They wouldn't do anything about the rattling and scrapping noises that are soooo loud we can't even have company over. If the fan isn't making a noise, the metal surrounding rattles so loud. This is crazy for the amount we paid...$3,000 if I recall. Very bad business to not take care of your customers.

having problems trying to exchange my heatelator was informed that it would be exchanged wilks stove was where i bouthit never will deal with them again.retired veteran needs assistance to get my stove ready for the winter.

Paid $2500 for a stove insert from these guys and have had nothing but troubles for 3 years now. For the grade of stove I paid for I expect a lot more than this. Bad fans, slider screams, panels rattle. Garbage.
