2019 f150 they have done the dash for warping twice now with in a month the second time they tell me I'm outta luck they won't fix it.
I bought a 2015 Jeep wrangler from Deerborn a month ago. With this being my first time buying a vehicle everything was very confusing to me. I had Rick as my salesman and he made everything happen. Deerborn gave me a way better offer on my trade-in than any dealership in Kamloops. The first month of owning the jeep I had a major axle seal leak! They insisted when I bought it they are a reputable dealership and they fixed my jeep under warranty. Highly recommend this dealership!!

Awful. Was lied to about base cost of inspection then forced to do repairs for a pass when I know the repairs weren’t needed because our vehicle had been fully inspected before we set out on our cross country trip and full list of things to fix when we got to destination was provided. None of those were even listed as issues and 1, maybe even 2 should have been caught in the inspection. Called twice for service manager, told both times he would call back but never did. Avoid this place.

Gail,(service rep.) was excellent; Saturday morning, battery failed in my 2013 F150 Lariat, Gail said to bring it in and they would try to fix it. Got it there by noon, a few hours later Gail called and said a battery cell had failed and a new battery was installed. Very impressive how Gail/Dearborn Ford really stepped up to get it fixed so quickly which really made a difference in my day. Thank you Gail for being professional and so helpful.
I had excellent service ... right from the start with Chris and Casey. A little bit of a mix up with the mechanic but they got it all sorted out and got me to work on time and brought my car to my work when it was done. Thank you to Vern and Robert also. Everyone was very helpful
