We received a gift card for Xmas. Went to the theatre a couple of weeks ago to use gift card, but movie was sold out. Today (Fri), went online to pre-purchase tickets for Sunday. Want to make sure we have seats. Would not accept any of the numbers on the back of gift card. Frustrating !!
