Rutland Centennial Hall

The Centennial Hall is very dirty. I cannot use the washroom because I gag every time; sometimes, there is no hand soap or paper towel. As for the hall itself, it is disgusting! My baby saw a spot close to where we were sitting and asked if that was poo. It was not poo but seem like juice had been spilled and was not clean up. The following week the mess was still there. The person responsible for the hall should get a cleaner, especially during this pandemic.
