If you need a new roof do not us "Sea to Sky Roofing & Cladding Ltd". The installation was terrible , not to trades standards just as cheap as possible. At first it looked fin but over time I get this little leaks you can't even detect from inside the house. Had Dan back three times for repairs. At the fourth time he wouldn't come anymore and let me sit with a leaky roof , so much for his warranty. Got another roofing company to redo the roof and found root in the trusses. Lost a lot of money.
