The point of the contacting a moving company was to move our piano and boxes. I provided photos and details of the piano; where it is in the house, how to get it out, the slope of the driveway etc. The customer service rep advised we would need a 4th person to accomplish the move of the piano. He adjusted the quote and I let him know that was fine and agreed to the terms. I also told him we had a couple beds, some other furniture and a lot of boxes as we were moving out of a 5 bedroom 3 bath
They moved my 2 bedroom home one day and delivered the next. Both crews were prompt, fast, efficient and carful. The price was reasonable. This is the second time I have used them. I highly recommend!
Really impressed with this company. Very fast and careful movers. Two people moved a two-bedroom apartment in three hours. Were very conscientious and efficient during the move. Highly recommended.

Best service I’ve ever received from a moving company
I contracted Take a load off moving to move my house items into storage on Apr 20. ( that day they didnt show up and had excuse the drivers car wouldnt start)Then again from storage to new residence on May 03 2018. During these moves I have 2 damaged beds, a box spring, cracked tv, and damage to wall. I have called and left over 20 messages to Brandon. The company has various excuses on why he cant call and after 2 months I am still have had no resolution.
By far the best experience I've ever had, these guys made my stressful move into an enjoyable experience. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to ANYONE

We had such a great experience with this company. They were on time and were very careful with all of our belongings. The staff were super friendly and the manager who helped us book our move was so helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. It was the easiest most stress-free move we've ever done. Very professional and at a great price!
Several items were damaged during my move- I contacted them immediately. I waited nearly two weeks without even an acknowledgement (during which time, I also left voicemail messages). After submitting photos of damaged items, the company offered a $25 gift card to Subway. I will have to litigate in order to obtain a reasonable resolution. Furthermore, the advertised discounts weren't provided, they underquoted and were rude when this was mentioned, and a mover made a discriminatory comment.

I had them do a quote and was quoted for 6 hours and within 5 hours didn't get near half of our things. What they did get showed up damaged or broken. They refused to listen to us when we asked them to take all the big things first load. They were rude and didn't care. They left before the time was up and took off fast that it spit gravel rocks feon our driveway. They only cared about being paid for. They wanted me to empty my tool box too. I suggest that you stay far as possible from them

Hello Greg, Im sorry for the service and the issues you have had. We did end up going to your house and spending a few free hours bringing all of your left over stuff to your new place AT NO CHARGE. We went out of our way to fix any issues you had.
