West Coast Custom Gates

The owner is running this company to the ground. I purchased a gate years ago from them that they will not service now. The owner says they don’t stock the parts.

BEST SUPPLIERS EVER!!!!hands down the best quality gate available. The welds are incredibly clean, hardware always works, powder coat finish is the nicest I've seen! You get what you pay for and these gates prove it.... also completely worth the wait. Nothing this decent comes fast!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever expected. Don't buy a gate from here unless it's your last option. They don't stand by their products and will walk away from your gate when there is an issue with it.

Unfortunately at this time I have to give a terrible review. They took my money two months ago saying the wait was 6 weeks. After 7 weeks I contacted the sales rep and she told me she couldnt give me an estimated time as there were 8 orders ahead of me. Now no response to my update request. I would never have chosen this company if I knew this was the wait time or customer service.

We had nothing but incredible service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We are super excited to install our new gate and we will definitely recommend this business.

We love our new gate!! After a lot of shopping around we found they had the best pricing and most options for gate designs. Great service, I highly recommended!

Horrible customer service, my husband called for an estimate and had the rudest service, he then emailed and never got a response, I then called twice, service was not friendly and not helpful. They never emailed quote to me either after i followed up twice. Taking our business elsewhere!
