    They are quick to help you when you first sign with them, lull you into a false sense of security. Once you start having problem they begin to make excuses as to why they cant help you; someone is sick or on vacation and then they just ignore your calls. The owner is very rude and has no problem hanging up on you when you do get a hold of them. They also will continue to charge you fees even after your contract is up and you have terminated services with them.
