I think that the building is well maintained and quiet. Around Port Hardy if you ask people on the street most would say it one of the best in town to live. If you follow the lease and report any problems in writing they get fixed as soon as possible unless you need a Professional the you have to wait do to the fact that there are only a few in town.

the apartments are falling apart roof leaks and mangers dont seem to want to do much to help for ex other peoples water come up in my sink and i told the manager and he said not his problem
