I had a revision rhinoplasty with dr Bartlett a few years ago, I made the biggest mistake of my life. I am left with an asymmetric nose and horrible feeling of pressure and pain in my nose that is getting worse with time. I paid $11000 to live in constant pain. In addition my breathing has been affected severely, I went to see an ENT doctor after the surgery and after looking inside my nose with a camera said that now my nasal passages are extremely narow. Biggest regret of my life.

I understand your regret if you now have chronic pain . Unfortunately this outcome could not be predicted. I have not seen this issue in 1000's of rhinoplasty surgeries. I had you see a neurologist who could not explain this pain. There was no sign of inflammation. Your nasal obstruction is related to over resection of cartilage done with your first surgery by another surgeon. I offered to fix this at your last visit in conjunction with any asymmetries you have but have not seen you since.
