It would be quite easy to write between 5-15 disparaging comments on this firms performance, ie or lack there-of, but it is simply easier to state . . . . .take your moving money and go elsewhere.
There are many many moving companies in the BC/ Washington Lower Mainland that will provide far superior moving service and value than TSMwBH.

Two Small Men managed to check all the boxes for a horrible service: they were extremely late, their staff were rude and unprofessional, they lost a number of valuable items and they refused to communicate with us after we paid the bill. UNPROFESSIONAL, INAPPROPRIATE AND DISRESPECTFUL. They were hired to move a couch and TV cabinet. More than 4 hours later they damaged my friend's house. Dented 5 walls, scratched a door and broke custom cabinetry. While trying to resolve the issue they hung up on me, refused to call me back, then emailed to say they would sue me. Then they refused to give me their insurance company information to fix the damage they caused in my friend's house. Over $140 an hour for this? Couldn't select 0 stars
