Sam has fixed our appliances on several occasions. He is so experienced and pleasant. A very nice booking process with Wendy too. He has helped us with Frigidaire fridge and dishwasher under warranty. Highly recommended!
Very professional, has fixed multiple of my appliances over the years and works quickly.
The woman booking the appointments is extremely rude, abrupt and unorganized. She called to book an appointment and I could not be there, but she sent the repair guy out anyway. When you ask for a time for a repair, she verbally snaps your head off. They are slow to get parts, have a hard time figuring out how to repair the latest models, are just plain grumpy and really act like they are doing you a service.
We live on the Souther Gulf Islands and can have difficulties getting service people to make repairs. Had a sub zero frig stop working.. sub Zero recommended Sam Anderson Appliance Repare living on an adjacent island. Sam made an assessment trip within a couple of days - determined the problem, ordered the parts and came over on a weekend to make the repair. Pleasant, thorough and knows his business. Job was done well and in a timely fashion. Good job and we are very pleased to recommend Sam
Sam Anderson is both professional and efficient at what he does, not only did he repair out refrigerator but saved our food by providing us with a small refrigerator whilst the work was being done.
Rude and not professional.

Was so upset with how I was treated. He came into my house and from the start was rude, told me that front loader machines were known to leak and he could replace the rubber seal but it probably wouldn't fix the problem. I responded by saying there was no point since it was brand new. I have recently talked to him and they insinuated my w/m was filthy, covered in soap and hair. I was beside him the whole time and have pics proving this was not the case. Would not recommend them to anyone.

In response to your review I am sorry that you feel you were treated poorly. After inspection of your machine, I could find no obvious cause of the leakage except that door gasket had signs of debris and undissolved soap, that could have been causing the problem. I offered to change the door gasket for you under warranty, which you refused. I have since changed the door gasket for you and apparently that seems to have done the trick. At no point did I insinuate that your machine was 'filthy' I just pointed out to you that the door boot should be kept wiped and clean after a few washes. I have been in business on Saltspring Island for 17 years and value my customers and try to provide prompt, reliable and efficient service. Please call if I can help you further. Sam
