Absolutely disgusted with this company! Was asked for money upfront, which I did, and now over 2 months later can’t get ahold of this Linda Toews sales person. I want my money back!
Great experience on time great service
We placed a business order on November 16th, 2017. We were asked to pay up front, which we have done a few other times with this company and never had an issue. For us, this was a particularly big order over a thousand dollars worth of goods. We planned to sell these items and give some as gifts. I inquired several times as to ETA and kept getting excuses. Today Dec. 21st I got an email that said she has sold her business and we can request a refund from the new owner in 60 days. WOW.
Would definitely have my business again! Wonderful people doing wonderful work! I am a busy mom and student so I was a bit behind the ball this Christmas season. Today (Dec. 23rd) just two days before Christmas, Tobra embroidered three stockings for me! They look beautiful, thanks again!

The service here is awesome, I asked if a jacket could be done with my Business Contiuity designation, sent a pdf, as that is all I could find, they had to redo it as PDFs was the wrong format, it turned out better than the original... Would recommend this team to anyone, great customer service....
