Unacceptable bedside manners. Not patient with patients that can speak English but are not fluent. Staff who speak other languages are not very helpful either. Literature dictates that professional translators or health care professionals should be used for efficient information exchange, however, this office that overbooks their patients and have three hour waits expects family to come in and translate. What are we paying for? Where is the adaptation to adversity/
