    Hope Strata will hire another waste removal company

    Disrespect of us as a customer. Their crew damaged our handrailing during waste pickup but they rejected any responsibility. After sending an email to their manager he promised that some will come to review damage but they never did. Very disrespectful. Hope our Strata will hire another waste removal company soon.

    We've been long t...

    We've been long time customers with Emterra but we've noticed a huge decline in service within the past year. Missed collection dates, late collection dates and especially when a tip service of an earlier pick up date was arrange, there was no collection. This service has been very unreliable and we will have to look into competitors if this company doesn't improve its quality.
