This Booklet was very helpful to us in setting a realistic expectation with you for our selling price.Ty had excellent knowledge of the surrounding area and its amenities. This was definately an asset in speaking to perspective buyers. His positive nature, warmth and helpfulness was another asset in speaking to interested buyers.For the open house, The handout, showing excellent pictures of both our townhouse and the special features of the complex, was the best we have ever seen.
