Rude receptionist
My experience was very brief and dissatisfying, My company has over 500 stores across Canada and has over 100 stores in BC. I called to make a service call, a receptionist answered, I inquired if they do net 30 days on payments, the receptionist immediately said " We do c.o.d, and that's why our economy is in debt" and hung up! I'd say for any customer calling this business, that was a rude and an unprofessional way of talking to potential customers. My company could of paid c.o.d, but she didn't even bother to find that out. I'd say get a new receptionist to represent this company, this current receptionist lady just lost a lot of business from my company unfortunately.
