I am absolutely disgusted by the service and behavior of this shop. Similar to other reviews posted on Bimmer Haus, I felt like the technician couldn't care less about fixing the issue...it was all about getting money. I feel like he sized me up as to how much money he could get out of me. We agreed on a price of $285 and when he handed me the POS he was charging me $392.00. I wasn't getting my car without paying the inflated amount. This company is dishonest.
