Established in 1992. Home Idol has an established reputation, first opened in 1992, providing retail and wholesale tiles under the name Newport Tile. In 2008, Newport Tile re-branded as Home Idol and was proud to be able to offer a wider variety of building supplies. In 2010 Home Idol started its own development and building division. In 2012 Home Idol began to specialize in providing materials for large scale projects. We recognize the challenges faced by contractors and aim to provide solutions.     I am a contractor and I renovate basement units and apartments. Every time I will get all the materials from Homeidol Vancouver branch. They always have good priced tiles and shower doors available and the staff Jimmy has always been a good helper of mine. Great service, 5 stars recommended.

    HORRIBLE!

    A must NOT go to place! Unacceptable return policy and horrible service!!! Will never buy anything from there again ... no matter how cheap. I needed to buy my grandma a new shower head for her new bathroom and got attracted by Home Idol's pricing. Therefore I went to check it out. There I found one that she'll like but the box was dented, so I ask a sales rep to please help me find one that's in good condition, just in case there are damages inside of the box. In return he told us if we don't
