They never get ba...
They never get back to you about issues at hand and they give you the run around WHEN and IF they even answer their phones or emails. This is an incredibly unprofessional business and I feel bad for anyone who has the unfortunate position of doing business or leasing from them. I have been trying to get an issue solved for the past 5 months and they still refuse to deal with it. It's not that they don't have time, they just wont deal with it. I strongly advise against SMD Realty Advisors Ltd.
