Since the mid-1980s, Kimprints has been one of Vancouver’s leading picture-framing, card and gift shops. For decades, it has been proudly serving a varied clientele that includes residents and large wholesale clients – such as hotels and restaurants – who have come to rely on its expertise and friendly service.
With two convenient locations housing a large inventory ranging from inexpensive to high-end frames, as well as a knowledgeable and creative design team, Kimprints is here to help you find a custom frame that suits your tastes and budget.
“We’re always willing to work with people’s budgets. I’ve had a customer come in with $30 to spend. I actually pulled out an old frame from the basement, cut it down, chopped it up and gave it to him for $30. Hardly worth a lot of time, but we do it,” says Kim Briscoe, owner and operator of Kimprints and long-term resident of Gastown. “Everyone needs something, so if we’ve got it, we’ll make it work for you. And then we do some extremely high-end stuff. Some people want the best of the best, and we can do that too.”
