Santec Electric has provided terrible customer service. I unfortunately had to cancel an original contract with them and tried to change the scope of work. The company responded by inflating their prices for the additional work to account for site visits and quote creations in the previous project. When I finally just asked for a full refund they withheld a substantial amount as admin fees! I worked with them on a specific application that had very specific requirements. I had to do the work!
