    Avoid like the plague

    It's a shame you can't give less than one star. Poor quality, poor service. When I showed up for the third pick-up time they had given me to pick up my garment (after missing the first two dates they promised it), they actually started laughing because they thought it was funny it still wasn't ready. I've never received such poor and unprofessional service from any business. I guess they don't care because they require payment in advance.

    Stay away

    They had quick service, but they made both of shirts too small. Each shirt was 100$ and now they are basically worthless. They were supposed to shorten it and they took proper measurements, but they cut above it and now it is not useable anymore. Worst of all it cost me 35$ to waste my money on this garbage. I would never go here again or recommend it to anyone else

    Terrible

    Not only did the company mess up the hem and made my pants way too short they made me pay for it to be fixed and when I picked them up for the second time the mistake, I paid for to be fixed, was not corrected properly. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for tailoring.

    Mary's Tailoring has a policy to never charge for a re-do on an alteration done incorrectly. As long as the client leaves their information with us at the time of drop off, and the alteration in question is in the client's order history we will not charge for a correction. The only cases in which this does not apply is for garments marked as un-laundered (due to shrinkage) and when a customer opts to not to have an in-store fitting. We strongly encourage this customer to drop by and speak to a manager if this policy was not adhered to for any reason.
