The Beach House

I am quite honestly blown away by how badly they ruined such a great place. The family and I were looking forward to our reservation all week and had such high hopes as we were regulars before they closed their doors earlier this year. The new menu favours high priced, underwhelming “high end” dishes that left us feeling robbed at the end of our meal. Service was a mess, food quality did not reflect the high price point, and the female manager roaming around could use a smile. Will not be back.

I realize that the reataurant is trying out new menu idea however my friend and I dined yesterday Nov.11 and I had the clam chowder. I have always enjoyed this seafood chowder however the chef must of decided to try a very rich laden soup with way too much cream. It was so terribly rich. I hope that others might post a review if they have this soup. I also wish I had had a chance to mention it to our waitress however she was too busy. I truly hope they revert to the old recipe. Thank you.
