At 90 I have been dealing with B of M since 1935. The service has deteriorated in the last few years: I have tried to order new cheque books since Dec 2, 2017 through D&H Service to no avail and no cheques. The local teller in Kelowna told me to wait - she was less than helpful. Still no cheques. When I tried to phone the West Kelowna Branch I was told the wait time was over 20 minute and try again - this has been now been going on for an hour. All I want is new cheque blanks.
