Oxygen’s yoga-inspired workouts take place in heated rooms, which means you’ll feel detoxified and rejuvenated while participating in classes that range from 60-minute vinyasa flows, to barre routines, to 30-minute targeted sweat sessions that focus on your butt, arms, legs or abs. Special bootcamp workouts, Zumba, and “Bollywood Burn” classes will add creative flair to your workout routine, as will Oxygen’s upbeat, contemporary music playlists, which you won’t hear in most other Zen-like yoga environments.
