Unhappy, underhanded business practices. Providing proof that promises were made and still need to do it the hard way. I always check reviews before I choose a business, but they were hidden in the fake ones.
Went looking around in the afternoon, ended up driving home that night. Worked with Leo, he’s great. Knowledgeable, straight up and funny. Nav was wonderful as well. They really did work out all the details we were looking for. Great service!

Excellent customer sales representative Leigh and pleasant sales manager (more rare than you would think). Leigh was knowledgable and genuinely of service, courteous, and friendly even though he was only three weeks into the job. I am certain he will be successful if he chooses this as a career. The other staff were pleasant, and present to offer coffee, pizza, etc.! The Kia facilities, environment and energy was up, positive, and enthusiastic (a team). Larissa, in finance, was great as well!
