    I had double lens replacement surgery a year ago. I was told by Dr Behn that I would be able to read the back of a pill bottle after the surgery. Not true, I still need glasses for reading and computer work after both surgeries. I paid privately $13,000 - and felt I was owed good vision for that price. When I complained, I was treated like a trouble maker. I asked for my money back - no response. In addition, Dr Behn is a touchy feely type of guy. I certainly wouldnt send my granddaughter there

    Awful long waits eyes dilated well over hour. Snippy, non apologetic staff. Really hard plastic chairs for elderly people. No good complaining as no where else to go hang walk with your feet Said appointment expect 90 mins 2 and half hours later seriously
