No attempt to deliver was made. Moreover I received TORN and EMPTY package...No words. The most terrible service

They often say an attempt was made to delver when, in fact NO attempt was made to deliver the item and you are forced to go to their east end location to pick you item up.

UPS kept the package and did not deliver it. Then they changed the tracking on their site to take off some stops. they denied the package was ever out for delivery luckily I kept screen shots of the progress to prove otherwise.

the gentleman that delivered my slip didn't even bother to come into my building, punch the numbers on he keypad to see if I was home, instead he wrote up the slip, and stuck it to the outer door of my apartment building.
