As a resident of Selkirk newspaper is to be delivered to our door on a weekly basis - this seldom happens at our home. Driveway lit, snow cleared, no pets outside and mailbox on side of house - still no paper delivery. Am sure those that pay to have flyers inserted for advertising would like to know that they are not receiving the distribution they are paying for. Have called to advise; still nothing. Also if you try to leave a message you just get a continual transfer.
