Refuses to allow a customer to get out of a contract even though they are unable to provide the service. They have attempted to get our system up and running on multiple occasions without success, and still are forcing us to pay for the monitoring service (of which we can not be receiving if the system is not working).
They keep referring to clauses in the contract that a customer must follow, however they themselves are not following expectations set forth in the contract.
