Absolutely awful. Avoid, avoid, avoid is their corporate policy at every level

If your insurance company involves Crawford, be prepared for a very long wait to get any sort of settlement. Seems like their adjusters are overworked, and do not have sufficient time to work on your file. They also seem to be very understaffed in Winnipeg, particularly with property adjusters. They go on vacation, holidays, and sick leave, and do not reassign your file to someone that is able and available to do the work. The adjusters constantly break promises to Insurer and Insured.
