I am so disappointed with the unethical practices of Hilton Homes. They have made the despicable decision to refuse to return the impact fees to hardworking Winnipegers that placed their trust in them. They have profited by pocketing money that is rightfully ours - based on a court decision by the city. When choosing a builder and trusting a company with your hard earned money consider that the impact fees have been returned to thousands of customers by other builders. Choose wisely.

Poor quality workmanship and lots still unfinished

If you are looking for poor quality workmanship and lots of unfinished work, then go with Hilton Homes. Many issues with the builder even after several years of buying our new home. They seem to hire contractors that do poor work and they don't inspect their work afterwards to actually see how bad it was done. Considering there are other quality builders in Winnipeg, Hilton Homes should be avoided to save you time, money and frustration.
