Worst real estate lawyer ever, first of all she has no clue about real estate, second she is not professional at all, she nend in the office and when she gives you times for something, it doesn't mean anything to her, and your funds stuck there. Save the headache go to someone else. Honest advice.
She is not that professional at all. She called my husband half hour before the appointment try to cancel which we booked one week ago. When we decide to change another lawyer, just ask her send the check back, after a month, she still not send it. We have to call her again, book an appointment to get the check on Monday, when my husband get there, the front desk say she is sick, and have some computer issue, she isnot there again. That is second time we had an appointment, and she can't do her job, not show up without a phone call. Finally we get our check back, which she didn't do anything and charge $160 . It's big waste time and money I her.
Working with Junling Wang was nothing but frustrating process.
She managed to not finish our process for three years. Process that should have taken much less time.
She does not return calls or emails; it also appears that she is not too familiar with real estate law.
On rare occasion when I managed to get hold of her she was not familiar with my case after years of “working” on it.
