I see a lot of personal comments about people’s lives,not much about Onyx.
I think Onyx did well when I needed a place. They made the right choice about renting to me and I made the right choice in choosing a home, which took awhile.
The apartments are renovated and clean. They use elements of new design, old architecture to add charm and educate us in forgotten practices. A “icebox” cupboard from 1940;clever! Hardwood floors, original molding, high ceilings, comfort and people living
READ BEFORE YOU RENT
It takes SEVEN YEARS for a bad rental history to come off of your credit. Cheaply renovated units (outlets weren’t even secured to the wall), tiny apartments with zero sound proofing and they won’t let you out of your lease even if (1) your upstairs neighbor kicked your living room window in (2) your nutso ex has broken in three times in the past week (3) your six foot beefy upstairs neighbor beats on your door furiously nightly often while you’re in nothing but a towel.
Seen a few places and not impressed, Celia is very as well! Also know a few people the rent places from Onyx and they also told me Management is rude and uneducated when it comes to running a business in this field
They claim everything is new, but everything is EXTREMLY CHEAPLY made. and the management are very rude. If you like paying 900$ for a very terribly build apartment then this place is for you.
