Worse dog Grooming and doggy day care in this city. Staff is not experienced in nail ttimming or how to manage a afraid dog. Also our dog always smells like old pee whenever he goes to day care. After multiple bad experiences we will no longer consider pawsh dog for any of our dogs needs.
they classified my dog as extra large. He is a 77 lb golden retiever. For a basic grooming it was 118.00. Seems a bit over priced... his hair wasnt dried properly and now his head has a strange crease in it. Anywhere else I go they classify him as a large dog...well behaved, and easy to work with. Taking my grooming elsewhere from now on.
I took my little 11 year old Maltese for a 7 day/night stay. When picked up was nowhere in sight in daycare pen where we were told she would spend her days but told she was in back but not why. When she was brought out she was traumatized, dirty, hair missing from left side of nose and a walnut size lump and puncture between her shoulder blades extremely close to spine. She was taken to a vet..antibiotics, trauma and a weight loss of 1.2 lbs which is huge. The staff have lied about care.
My family and I went on vacation for 5 days we left our dog at the Pawsh dog and when we came back we had to take our dog to the emergency hospital, when we took her home after the pawsh dog my dog barfed and had a seizure so when we took her to the hospital the vet told us she was gonna die the next day if we not of brought her to the hospital. The vet bill was $1,000, we asked the staff how our dog was doing at the Pawsh place and they said she was playing around and was happy ya right.
Grooming experience very professional. My blind dog was not traumatized so I could tell he was treated well and his cut was adorable!
Always ask if you can see ALL parts of a dog daycare before you leave your dog. It is filthy, over crowded, and dogs are often injured.Too many dogs not enough employees.
We take our dog to daycare twice a week for the last two years. She loves it, and comes home tired and happy. The staff are friendly and always go above and beyond.
Stay away from this business...a few years back after a very unsatisfactory haircut on my big Doodle, I requested that they actually cut it to the length I'd asked for and they said they would BUT I would have to pay full price again! I said no thanks, took him somewhere else and never ever went back!
Have used Pawsh for my mini-schnauzer 2 times. The 1st time was a couple years ago - I was disappointed with quality of their work. 2 weeks ago I brought him in (they were the only place that would take an old dog w/o all his shots). I found them to be unprofessional (had to call 6 times before they picked up) and I don't care for the method of dog grooming - it shouldn't take 4 hours to groom a dog. My dog was traumatized by the experience.
24/7 allows me to work shift work at the hospital!
We have been going to Taylor since our dog was a puppy. We have never had a single problem. We work shift work and these guys are open 24/7 for our dog. Each and every person there is friendly and compassionate. We have also used their training classes, with Julie. She's absolutely brilliant. After working with a very negative trainer, it was refreshing to work with an organization with such a deep level of understanding and compassion for both us and our dog.
Brought my dog Sofia in for grooming and daycare. The staff were friendly and professional and Sofia got the best haircut of her life. Will be back!
I liked the report on my dog. I am concerned that my dog was cowering when I got there to pick it up.
I initially tried them out because I got gifted a Groupon for daycare. Max and I were a little wary at first because of all the dogs but, sure enough, within an hour my guy was having the time of his life. What sold me on it is that when my Groupon was up, Max sat by the door on Wednesday (his normal daycare day) and whined. What could I do? I now bring him every week. Great staff and great facility.
My 8 month old labradoodle looks and smells wonderful after his haircut. The staff were so nice that he will definitely be back, probably for daycare too!
Top Notch !
