Taxi did not turn up when requested and when I re-phoned I was told it was on its way, finally arriving five minutes after I was due at the event for which I had booked the taxi. Will not be using this firm again.

After I called back they send another cab but he got there didn't see me outside so he decided to go I should have been standing in the snow on the street so he can see me! Totally not worthy and rude.
