Terrible and will NEVER use!!!Driver didn't look pulling out of a driveway on a busy street (70km/h) and I almost smashed into the side of him. Then when I honk my horn to let him know he was in the wrong he flips me off??? Wtf? I called company to tell them but the driver had called already to give a fake story. Anyways the guy taking the complaint didn't believe me when I told him what happened and said he has perfect record then hung up on me. PATHETIC how you handle business.

Excellent, and very professional. I had to have a vehicle towed. While it was not an emergency, Apple Towing took the time from a very busy evening to tow my vehicle home. That I wasn't expecting. Keep up the good work.

Critical: Professionalism My vehicle was impounded u have been there 3 times no service. Been ignored and meanwhile it costs me more daily and being a single mother these people seem to think I have alot of money .which I don't . I was never able to retrieve my belongings and his neighbor tow people already confirmed they lied and left right behind me the first time. The second time they kept saying a hour or so .. and no showed the third still no service these people are legit the worst tow

Jon supplied me with the most excellent service. I was caught in a pinch having to haul my horses to Halifax at last minute. Jon was the only one I was able to find to help me out with my precious cargo. His customer service is second to none and extremely competitive pricing. Call Jon first for any of your towing/hauling needs, you will not find a better business.

My vehicle had broken down in my driveway, and wouldn't turn on at all. John from Apple Towing was there within 10 minutes, was able to get my car out with absolutely no problems, and delivered it to the shop. Someone had recommended Apple Towing, and I am so happy that they did! If I ever need a tow again, I will definitely be calling them, and no one else! 5+ stars for sure.

My boyfriend broke down on the highway while going to visit his friends. John from Apple towing provided the best service I've had in ages. He let me hop in the cab to go get my boyfriend, and even dropped us off at home on the way from the auto centre. We're lucky we had such a great company to help us out of a hard spot! Couldn't recommend more!

Amazing service! I called several other companies to tow my Mercedes no one would touch it for fear of damage. These guys showed up within minutes and made it look easy. Even put it in a hard to manoeuvre place by request. Thanks again. You guys will always be my first choice and I have CAA plus.

Girlfriend called to get the vehicle towed to garage. Nice guy named John shows up and asks what the problem is.. how he can help etc. After I explain that theres an issue with the breaks he gets me to pop the hood and takes a look, gives me his opinion on the cheapest solutions. Take me to the nearby autoshop looking for a quick/cheap fix (ride free of charge). This guy was willing to lose the towing job in favor of helping out a costumer!? BEST TOWING COMPANY IN FREDERICTON. Hands down. Nice guy John even tried to turn down my tip in exchange for a positive online review.. Well he got both! Cheapest, friendliest, and all around best costumer service!

Dont get anyone else to tow

I called John in the heat of rush hour and he came all the way from Oromocto I waited less then half an hour and I didnt have any cash on hand he said dont worry about it. He towed me to charlies tire and paid them to fix my tire. He gave me an invoice of 25 dollars in all, I couldnt believe it. Its a great feeling knowing there are still really nice people in the world, you helped me out big time John and Andy of Apple towing!
