Sunrise is hands down the best animal clinic in St.John's and surrounding areas. The staff are wonderful and compassionate. There are alot of staff there so you are not left waiting around. Lots of items for your pets health in stock. Lots of room in the waiting area to sit or move around. You are never rushed.
I had three male cats done at this location. I found the the people their very polite and helpful. They even housed the three overnight because they needed blood work before surgery the next morning.(free of charge) we are from out of town so that was a great help. Not to mention I saved almost $600.by taking them there instead of my usual place five minutes away. I would recommend sunrise animal hospital to anyone.
This review is not about the level of expertise of vets, it’s about the way that they do business here which is dishonest and they have very poor customer service. Let’s face it, veterinary clinics are purely business establishments and not the same as human healthcare establishments. At this clinic they do not explain the charges to you before hand for you to make a decision, and they try to get as much money out of you by taking advantage of the fact that you are likely there because your pet
