Vail's Dry Cleaning&Laundry

I called for information on dry cleaning times... the woman on the phone, initially, seemed pleasant enough. She then was quite rude to me when explaining that ‘they deserve holidays too’ and ‘people know winter is coming so I should have planned better’ I will drive to Windsor with my dry cleaning before taking it to Vail’s

This is my third and last attempt to use YP to submit a review and YP itself deserves a 1. As for Vail's contrary to previous reviews by others, my recent experience was very positive. Parking lot and inside of premises were well maintained, counter service both when cleaning was dropped off and picked up was prompt, courteous, and efficient. As well my dry-cleaning was ready when promised. I rate 4.5 - one small negative is that they don't take credit cards.

Very rude staff, ...

Very rude staff, still waiting for one article and it has been a month and when we asked about how much longer it would be they were incredibly rude. Should not have to go to Windsor to find a decent friendly dry cleaner.

Horrible custome...

Horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. You'd be further ahead to drive to Windsor to get your dry cleaning done.
