I have a complaint about this company and their customer service.I wanted to see if they tailored their events to be suitable for someone with epilepsy. Not only did they not answer all my questions but they were very rude and unprofessional. Here’s a few things they wrote me. ‘...I can’t really answer that question…’ ‘…I am not a doctor or responsible for your condition…’ ‘…talk to your doctor… not me.’ ‘…if you have a problem with flashing lights then I suggest you DO NOT ATTEND.’
