Baywood Physiotherapy & Athletic Injury Center has been serving its clients in the Durham Region since 1991. The clinic is designed with a warm, friendly and bright atmosphere, where the staff take pride in providing one-on-one client-centered personal care. Our highly experienced rehabilitation staff consists of Registered Physical Therapists and Athletic Therapists. We offer physiotherapy appointments on the same or next day and have extended hours for your convenience. We adhere to a philosophy that has ensured their success for over 20 years in the Durham Region. It is our contention that manual, or "hands-on" therapy, be it a soft tissue stretch or a joint mobilization, in conjunction with a graduated exercise program in our fully equipped gyms and appropriate education are all vital components of treatment. more...     Best physiotherapy in the durham region

    I have to say that Baywood is definitely the place to go with an injury. I've been going to Janice Eveleigh since I was 14 (I'm 29 now) on and off with different injuries. When I first hurt myself in gymnastics Janice took the time to explain to me why I was having pain and the things I could do to prevent it. Ever since then, whether it be a sore neck from sitting at the computer all day, or shoulder pain from my volleyball, she has managed to get me back to my best. I find at Baywood they are able to get me in right away and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment . The front staff are really friendly as well.
