I’ve being goingtjwre for over 2 years as I’m a loyal customer and don’t like change, however with the change in management I really love it now..it’s ever so clean, the customer service is exceptional and now there is free hot beverages..well done to Lynn!!
I had a great experience at a Nails for You in Ajax. Lynn did a great job with my eyebrows, shaping them just the way i like them and even gave me tips on how i can shape them at home with powder. I will be there again, probably next week :)
I did my nails here last week and I was very pleased with the service. I called ahead to book an appointment and I was seen right away. The new management is excellent. I will definitely continue to go here!
Nails For You is a good nail salon, it’s clean and I’ve never had a bad experience there. I always call ahead even if it’s only half an hour and I always go right in I’ve have never had to wait while having my mani or pedi done. I’ve been to a lot of salons on Ajax and this is by far the best. Its a little more expensive than some salons but well worth it!
Worst service I have ever received. Made an apt for a mani pedi. Took me right away for pedi then told me to wait for a mani. Meanwhile new customers are coming in. 30 minutes later, no one helped me for my mani. They were helping customers that came in after me. When I told them I wanted to leave they kept telling me 5 more minutes. I waited another 10 then go so mad I paid and left. Worst service ive ever received!! Do not go here!!

Everytime I get my nails done, I make an appointment. I have a newborn so to get out of my house involves planning etc. EVERY TIME I have made an appointment I have to wait at least 30-45min. I have done this twice and will NEVER go back.There are always people waiting. What is the point of making an appointment?!?! Not to mention they do a horrible job on my nails-I get shellac on my acrylic nails then break or chip within a DAY or TWO! it is BAD!!!! DO NOT GO HERE it's TERRIBLE!
I found the customer service very poor. I came for a walk in and asked how long of a wait it would be. I was told 20 mins. Well, 20 mins became 90 mins. I explained that I needed to leave by a particular time and they said I would have to wait another 30 mins. Why tell me 20 mins if you knew it would be 2 hours? The lady who did my nails was rude-kept yanking my hand & got super defensive when I asked questions. I hated how I was treated.
I was here a few days ago to remove an acrylic set I had. It was probably the most traumatizing experience I have had at a nail salon. My nails were thin which made the set hard to come off. I understood my nails were not going to look perfect after but the lady who dealt with me was beyond rude and so rough! She cut through my real nails and did not listen when I kept saying I was in pain. And to top it all off she charged me $10 instead of $5. My nails are a mess and all because of this woman! Throughly displeased with this service and I will surely not be returning!
This place used to be nice. Now it's long overdue for a DEEP cleaning. Staff shouldn't talk about their customers in front of other customers. Very rude. Elaine needs to listen to her customers when they ask for something to be done a certain way, rather than lash back and make a lame excuse for not doing it like they want.
TERRIBLE!!!! very expensive and horrible service. It took 2.5 hours for a gel manicure and paid $70. All 7 employees took turns doing single stages of the process and I waited 10-15 minutes for each staff to finish what they were doing, so they could do their part. Finished with crazy glue gunk all under the nails and my skin stuck to the nail itself and bubbles in the gel. The technician sending my nails down cut up my cuticles and they were bleeding. I am NEVER returning and encourage you to take your buisness elsewhere. It's not worth it!!
