Lisa prides herself on her ability to create a relaxed atmosphere and promoting an open and honest environment with her clients. It is her belief that healing begins within.
Lisa graduated from Georgian College's 3 year massage program in 2009; completing a 500-hour program to become a registered massage therapist. She has participated in many outreach programs and acquired skills in sports massage, pregnancy, acquired brain injuries, fibromyalgia and geriatric massage.
Lisa has also participated in local functions in and around Simcoe County. She has participated in the Wayne Gretzsky Golf Tournament for several years, working with high calibre athletes, and helping them achieve optimal function.
Lisa believes that massage is a major key to optimal wellness. She answers any questions and puts each and every clients’ health and wellness first – making it her goal to have every client progress to better and better condition with each visit.Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health.
