    Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable, a month after he started refinishing my floors he had only been out twice and he still wasn’t finished. He would continually say he would be coming out and then wouldn’t show up, half the time wouldn’t even let you know he wasn’t coming. He let a friend do part of our flooring and he actually damaged the hardwood/
