I would describe this business as small but big on "genuine" customer service. I have to say, I found this company to be "praiseworthy" on so many levels. Great service delivery and they exceeded my expectations of what a "refurbished" machine was. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a floor machine no doubt. I cant fathom the negative comment, because my experiences with this company have been altogether excellent.
Must say I was impressed with the variety and quality (condition) of their floor scrubbers. I thought the refurbished machines were new. The staff was very friendly and the machine a huge time saver. I would only recommend that they hire more staff! The place is very busy. Overall, perfect score for quality and price.
Finaced a used Floor scrubber from them. Broke down after a few months, and i had to pay for repairs my self, then broke down 2 more times and still had to pay for repairs and finally had it for under a year and the motherboard broke down. Still paying it off for a useless machine. Caution, dont buy from these guys.
Great website, great variety, great prices! I saved about $4500 on my Tennant scrubber by buying through them. No issues at all. Lots of low hour machines these guys have, in like new condition.
I was amazed at the cost savings this company offers but hesitant to buy refurbished. Turned out their refurbished units are as good as new. The service department is a little slow, but once complete you can look forward to a like new refurbished unit at half the cost.

This company promised good service but once they got me through the door did not deliver.
Had to call many times regarding the service of my machine and kept getting the run around. Always an excuse about why they haven't looked at it yet.
In this business, down time cost money. So don't promise something that you can't deliver.
I would advice not to do business with this company.
