Krown Rust Control

I really appreciate the team at Krown. I was given a nice hello by the guys getting the cars ready. The staff inside looked after after me immediately. Excellent customer service. Was given safety precautions for driving after the rust control was done, which is important to me. I would definitely recommend this place. company

Crown Rust Control Barrie is a professional run company, even the owner gave me advice what to do and what not to do, and inspected my vehicle when I had a query . I will surely recommend this business to any one to have their vehicle professionally rust treated.

I had two vehicles sprayed by this dealership in the October and November of 2020. While the service was friendly and fast in spite of it being their busy season, reputable businesses performing this service insist on their staff using paper floor mats to protect the customers floor mats and carpet for soiled shoes. The carpet of my vehicle ended up with rust proofing on it from the staff members work shoes. I do not believe this acceptable...it is preventable! Al M.

Great service, the location was very busy but time was taken to inform me about the product. My vehicle was finished in a timely fashion.

When I had the rust control applied I was offered a special spray on Wax. Outstanding product. 3 months later I have had comments on how shiny my F150 is and what kind of wax did I use. Thanks is Krown nice product will get applied next year.

I get my entire fleet done by krown, But not at this location again. The office staff is fantastic The guy drilling the holes did a great job But the kids spraying don't care one bit They drilled about 9 holes, 4 in rockers 4 in doors and 1 in trunk. By the time the guy spraying made it through 3 holes the other guy had all the holes plugged up. The kid with the spray gun noticed it, shrugged his shoulder and applied more product around the plug to make it appear as if the insides have been done. I have been to other locations where the process is way better.

Inconsistant with how much is applied

Hi I took my car into get rust proofed and was pleased by the friendly service, I didn't have to wait long and it was packed with people in that little office. I got my vehicle done and was happy with it, It dripped for the first few days as I was told it would and I left it on the street to drip for the week, and I'm glad I did cause two months later the oil spots are still there on the road and not in my driveway! I took my wifes car in there the following week and her car got completely soaked in this krown product, it dripped for 6 days afterwards and I was like this is crazy, and then I started to wonder how come mine wasn't drenched like this? Is it because mine is new and hers is older? They purposely put less on newer cars and more on older cars?? Very inconsistent I found. The bottom of her doors have this product pouring out of it and around the truck and mine does not which irks me alittle when your paying over $100 to have the same service done. Anyways I know this products is proven to work I've had all my vehicles Krown rust proofed and it works! The service is very friendly I'm just a little disappointed with the inconsistency of how much krown product is applied, I know everyone is on board with me when I say Drench the vehicle with the product that's what we're paying for!
