Horrible Service, Haircut, & Experience

Pampered Pooch & Spa gave my dog a horrible haircut. She did not listen to how I wanted my dog groomed, and got defensive and rude when I picked him up and was unhappy with the way he looked. Took my dog home to find his rear paw cut and bleeding, which of course she didn't mention anything when I picked him up. When I tried calling to ask her what happened, she did not answer or call back. Overall bad experience, bad groomer, and bad haircut. Do not bring your dog here!!!
