I have tried many times to get a hold of Vince with no responses. He did not listen to how I wanted my hair cut and how I wanted my beard trimmed he did what he felt was best, my hair looked horrible for my wedding day had to go and spend more money at another hair dresser to get my hair cut properly so I didn't look like a fool on my wedding day. For the amount of money we spent on his "service" was not worth it at all. If you're looking to use his service I highly recommend that you don't look else where
I have made 5+ attempts to contact Vince Iannello at The Barber Pole to allow him to provide the services he sold me however there has been NO effort to return my calls which would allow me to use the services agreed to. The lack of customer service is horrific and leaves a terrible taste in my mouth for this so-called 'classy' business. I have contacted the BBB asking for a full refund for services that I paid for but were never honoured.
I just had my hair cut by Vince at the Barber Pole and it was exactly what I hoped for; top notch service in a comfortable yet very classy atmosphere. He also happens to be a nice guy. I would recommend this barber to any man who is looking for a place to get a quick, no-nonsense cut at an affordable price.
